Courtenay Vass, of the Greensboro Science Center's Animal Outreach Program, visited our 3's and 4's/5's classes on Thursday Jan. 15. Courtenay brought a skunk, a snake, a box turtle, a hedgehog, and a chicken for the children to see. She also introduced nocturnal, diurnal, and crepuscular as new vocabulary words!
